A concealed carry bill actually almost passed last year, and this ruling my covert a few votes. If the 180 day time limit elapses without a stay pending appeal, then the concealed carry law is struck down, and anybody who can legally possess can also legally carry firearms, which is why the pro-carry advocates are going for something like Florida instead of something like New Jersey.<br /><br />That also is why Gov.
